Norco is hydrocodone. Hydrocodone is a semi-synthetic opioid, or a narcotic pain reliever only available in the US by prescription. If the drug screen is testing for opiates, then Norco will show positive on the drug screen. When taken occasionally, it will stay in your system for 1-2 days. When taken daily, up to 7 days.

It sure will show up on one. It show up as a opiate. It takes 3-5 days for the drug to work its way thru your system, so I you can wait that long to take the drug test that is what I would recommend that you do,just to be on the safe side.

Yes. A drug test that looks for opiates will detect it. Examples of other things that can cause false positives for opiate tests are poppy seeds in bagels and muffins.
