If the drug screen is testing for opiates, then Norco will show positive on the drug screen. When taken occasionally, it will stay in your system for 1-2 days. When taken daily, up to 7 days.

It sure will show up on one. It show up as a opiate.It takes 3-5 days for the drug to work its way thru your system, so I you can wait that long to take the drug test that is what I would recommend that you do,just to be on the safe side.

Yes. A drug test that looks for opiates will detect it. Examples of other things that can cause false positives for opiate tests are poppy seeds in bagels and muffins.
