Yes, your AT&T SIM card should work in a GO phone just fine. To get it activated you should go somewhere like radio shack. AT&T most likely will not activate anything for you, but My experience with Radio Shack was positive, they will help you out and get things going for you.

If you have an AT&T phone then it should work fine. I have used a go phone with a normal sim card with no problems.
