Yes, Keflex is the drug of choice for treating gonorrhea infections. The usual prescription is 400 mg Keflex in a single dose.

Keflex in the US, is not a first line or even second drug of choice. Suprax / Cefixime is a one dose treatment that is an option. Rocephin injection is also an option. There are some problems with drug resistent gonorrhea.  add a comment

Keflex, an antibiotic, will treat gonorrhea if administered in a high enough dose. You should consult a doctor to be sure you receive the correct amount.
