Will Co2 displace oxygen in water?

I need to know what will displace oxygen in water.

CO2 will not "specifically" displace oxygen in water, but dissolving CO2, or any other gas in water, will eliminate some of the oxygen. The best way to get rid of oxygen in water would be to subject the water to vacuum (the oxygen will be pumped out) and then add back the CO2. Repeat several times.

Working in a the beverage industry, it is important to have low dissolved oxygen in the product to reduce spoilage but the CO2 does not displace the oxygen.
