Will a lie detector test say you are lying about things you don't remember because of an alcoholic blackout?

I'm really worried.

If you're worried, the best thing you can do is to honestly admit you don't remember. If pressed, you may have to say why.

Lie detector tests can show positive if you are stressed about the questions asked. The machine does not know why you are nervous it simply records changes in your body. As long as the examiner properly prepares you for the test, and questions, you should not be worried about them and so there should be no false positive reaction.

Well, hello if you don't remember , then how could you be "lying" and if your "worried" then you must have some recollection of the events in question.
