If its smoking a little then that's just carbon burning off of the spark plugs and no problem. If its smoking a lot you could have a blown head gasket.
You could have a burning belt or you may have spilled oil on it or you may have wiring that is burning if it's the wiring causing it you need to get it to a garage right away.
