If it has power windows, you will have to take the door panel off and see if it is "off track". If it is off track simply line it back up and put back on. There are also window guides you can buy at an auto parts store. If it is on track, check your window motor with a multimeter.

The window may have jumped off the track or possibly broke free from the regulator. If it is electric your motor may be faulty. Best thing to do remove door panel and take a look for a beeter idea of whats happening.

It could be something electrical, such as a blown fuse or relay. The window actuator may be bad or probably doesn't work at all. Also check for any obstructions.

The window motor is bad, and will need to be replaced. It is quite common for those to fail in Buick Lesebre. It is not a difficult fix. Make sure you specify which side it is on, as well if it is the front or rear window.

Could be a loose wire inside the door panel or possibly a short somewhere in the harness. Also it could be the motor in the door panel that is used to roll up the window.

This issue could be caused by a few things. The first thing to do is check the fuse to make sure it did not blow. If it it fine then next check the switch. Use a voltmeter and check that the switch is working properly. If that works then the motor is probably bad or you have a wiring issue.
