There are several possibilities. You could be out of gas. The gas could be contaminated with water or some other foreign substance. Your spark plugs could be fouled. The spark plug wires could have become disconnected. The engine management system could be faulty. Also, the CRX is generally considered to be one of the least reliable cars ever made.

most likely whats wrong with your car might be the starter but if the lights aren't working then that might be the altenator. Your best bet is to take the battery, altenator and starter to your local car parts store and see if either is working properly, they can charge them and see if the parts are any goodor not.

The fact that it cranks proves it isn't the starter. It could be fouled spark plugs. Check and replace. It could be the fuel pump or the fuel filter. The filter is easier to check. I doubt it's the injectors. It might be a weak battery. To make a more preise diagnosis I would have to eamine the car.

The first thing to check is the battery, many service stations will check this for free. The next place to check is the alternator, if the alternator is sending a proper charge to the battery then the final place to look is for faulty wiring. Faulty wiring could cause the car not to start.

Chances are, there is a problem with the fuel line. It may not be getting the gas to where it is need to be. I'd take it to a mechanic.
