Yes, they can become infertile. It's rare but it can actually happened. Did you drop your hamster, because it could have been pregnant and lost its babies. Another possibility is that the other hamster could have been infertile. You should check with an exotic pet vet. Maybe your hamster is stressed out and unable to get pregnant now.

Yes any animal can be infertile the only way you can truly know if the hamster is infertile is by taking it to the vet and have them run tests on her.

First of all, make sure your hamster is a female. Sometimes it is hard to tell. Yes, she could be infertile but it is a long shot. Or, maybe she is not old enough to get pregnant. Most of all, are you sure there is a male in with her?

Hamsters can definitely be infertile. Another thing to make sure of is that your hamster is actually a female. It can be hard to tell genders on hamsters, so you need to make sure.

Hamsters can be infertile, but the rate of infertility among female hamsters is less than one in one-hundred million, yes, that's a lot of zeros, sort of like the number of your IQ in this age of computers. You could find this information out yourself, but no, you rather pay for this trite.
