If you are running the air conditioner it builds condensation which runs out on the ground. Otherwise you could possibly have a fluid leak. Check the level of coolant in the vehicle and if it is low then you probably have a coolant leak.

Because the drainage system that allows rain water to drain through your car is blocked and the water is draining into the car.

If it is from under the car and you coolant level doesn't change then it just condensation. If it's inside the car, you have a leaking heater core.

Most likely it is your air conditioner leaking water, this is normal. If it isn't water but a foul smelling liquid it could be from your radiator.

Many times the air condition condensor unit is set up on the passenger side above the foot area. If it is not working properly, leaks can develop that start to drip inside the car instead of the outside. You want to get this fixed if this is the case. Moisture in the car will eventually lead to mold.
