Humidity is comoing from the air. If your refrigerator cannot collect this water in a pan outside or in some other way it will stay inside your refrigerator.

You might have excessive moisture in your refrigerator. If you're refrigerator is over working, you may get this condensation buildup inside it. Try turning down the dials for temp. (making the refrigerator warmer). This will cause it to work less, and possible remove the water buildup.

Well more than likely you have a leaking seal around the door. This allows warmer outside air to enter the fridge. Then it condenses in the fridge creating condensation.

The main reason it could be doing this is because the appliance is not cold enough and is not freezing.

You will have to have a repair person check it out, they can fix what the problem is on the frig. You should have it looked at so that it doesn't happen any more.
