He may be eating too quickly, puppies tend to bolt their food. The food may be to big, or too rich for him, if this persists, you need a vet.

Your puppy is sick and should be seen by a veterinarian immediately. He may be full of worms and unable to hold food in his stomach. He may have a digestive tract abnormality. Make an appointment for him so he does not dehydrate and die.
