these problems are mostly related to the battery itself. try testing the charge somehow and contact john Deere and see about a warranty on the product. It could also be the charging device itself test this as well.

either the battery is dead or the altenator is not charging the battery. or the charging system is grounding out.

There are several reasons why your electrical system may not be charging. Your dealer has specialized equipment to quickly and accurately test the battery/starting/charging sytem.
