Some EPS will have a grayscale feature but not all. This is usually for conserving battery and screen life and is a useful feature as many people are worried.

Grayscale usually refers to something with the printer. You may want to check your printer settings as you can either print in color or in grayscale. Control Panel then Printers should get you there to check.

It is possible that you have your printer set up to gray scale. your best bet is to set up your printer to print color when you want it to as well as color whenever you want it to. just go to your control panel on the printer and make sure that it is set to color.
