I would take him to the emergency vet today. My cat had a botched neutering. He was lethargic and kept falling to the side. $600.00 later they found that it was a botched neutering. He was at the hospital for 4 days.

That takes a while to heal so the dog will stay down and real queit for a few days the surgery takes a ton out of their bodies and it takes them some time to get over it he is also going through huge hormonal changes at this point and time and he is very sore.

When a dog gets neuterd they use a medicine that puts them to sleep. Sometimes it take awhile for this medicine to get out of your dogs systom. If this continues you should call your vet.

He could be having a bad reaction to the anasthesia. Make sure he is eating, comfortable and that the incisino is not infected.

After neutering, dogs don't have the same type of energy that they did when his testicles were still attached. He can't breed, so no reason to impress. Either that or he is still tired from the surgery. Just let the dog rest, if it continues you can consult your vet.

You should bring your dog back to the vet that performed the Neutering procedure. You should do it as soon as you can since he's already been sick for a few days.

3 days of lethargy seem too long. Is he willing to eat and drink? Does he vomit? It's best to contact your Vet, as this could be a serious problem.
