Make sure you drink a lot of water during the day and pump regularly after feedings to increase your milk supply.

Breastmilk supply can decrease when you haven't drank enough water. Some other causes are lack of sleep and stress. You can pump more often to increase milk supply.

First of all, cut out any peppermint or sage. Make sure you are eating enough. Take fenugreek supplements and eat oatmeal. Nurse your baby on demand and keep your baby close. Babywearing and cosleeping can help boost milk production. Spend a day or two in bed with your baby.
