Why is my beta fish on the bottom of my tank and still?

If the fish is still alive, it may be suffering from swim bladder disease. Clean the tank and do not feed the fish for 2-3 days.

Bettas don't move around very much and they usually don't have very much room to move. If the betta isn't hungry and there is no livefood to hunt, then your betta may just be bored or even sleeping. If there is no threat to your betta in the tank, chances are good that it's just resting.

well that could mean that your beta fish is sick it might have swim bladder infection. you can try to give your beta fish some peas that will help for it to get better. and try not to feed you beta fish for like three days.
