Medicare coverage kicks in two years after disability. Remember that the start date for the disability very often precedes the approval by many months and even years because of how long the approval process takes. The clock starts ticking at the date when the disabled condition is acknowledged as starting.

It all depends on your income levels. If you do not qualify for Medicare, you can go to your local welfare department and apply for medicaid. Many times if you don't qualify for one, you may qualify for the other. Keep in mind there are other programs out there when you pay a low premium for insurance as well.

This is a good question. Before considering any treatment you should consult your local doctor. Just because a treatment works well for someone else doesn't mean it will, or is even safe for you. If you have any allergies or reactions that you know of let your family doctor know.
