Why is Excl dropping the zeros from my entries?

Right-click on the cells that need decimal places, and click format cells. In the number tab, under category, click Number then select the number of decimal places you want.

You have to format the cells to present your numbers in that way. Go to Format - Cells - Number and set your numbers to be presented the way that you wish to see them.

you have to use formula for adding zero in the your entry for that you select the Column then right click on the selected Column and go to format cells then number and click in box and select how many zero you want to add in your entry.

Leading zeros in a number will always be dropped when entering data in an Excel spreadsheet. Also, if a cell in the spreadsheet is formatted to display only two decimal places to the right of the decimal point, then any zeros entered that are further to the right of the decimal point will be dropped
