You could be pregnant and this is morning sickness. You could, and most likely do, have a stomach virus which you do not seem to be able to get rid of. You need to see a doctor. It is not good to throw up for over a week, you run the risk of getting dehydrated.

There are many possible reasons for vomiting, and depending on the circumstances, you may need to seek professional medical help. Could you be pregnant? Are you sick with the flu? Having a reaction to food or medication? Consuming too much alcohol? Please consider seeking the advice of a medical professional if you are concerned.

Throwing up for more than several days may be a sign of a more serious condition. You may want to see a doctor and be tested for the H1N1 virus of for rotovirus, a highly contagious virus that causes gastric distress. See your health care provider to get a complete diagnosis and treatment, as constant unexplained vomiting is serious.

Female- Could be pregnant. If the vomiting occurs only in the mornings and you have an off appetite take a test. Gastritis. Morning vomiting when sick with gastritis can last until you see a doctor and start medicating yourself. Also putting a lift at the head of your bed can help relieve it. Try a few magazines.
