Why does the volume of my computer speakers go up and down?

You may be tapping your volume adjuster or the file you are playing. Play another file to check. If it's not playing well, take your speakers to a shop.

It's either that the speakers itself might be accidentally readjusted, or the sound card is faulty. Try checking the speaker volumes in both the computers and the devices itself before checking the sound card itself as well. If not, the program/s might be also the solution as well. They also have volume adjustments as well.
