It could be a overloaded circuit or a loose connection. Check your circuit breaker to make sure everything is ok. Tv's are sensitive to voltage, if the problem continues, contact a certified electrician.
the air conditioner is drawing power and the cables inside your walls can't handle that much energy consumption. Try plugging in a different room and see if it happens.
