Your silver necklace is rusting, silver rusts to black. You can stop this rusting process by polishing your jewelry and then coating it with oil or other treatments that will block water and oxigen from reacting with your silver and turning it black again, also you can store it in a protective sleeve to keep it shiny between wearings.

It is from oxidation. Your necklace might not be pure silver, it might just be coated with silver and have copper wiring, and the copper is what oxidizes.

Some people have nightfever. It means in the night your body temperature is increasing. And in your body swetting includes more salt. so all your silver or imitating ornaments turn black
