There are a number of reasons why roses get yellow leaves. Are you watering the plant enough? Is it short on iron or fertilizer in general? Another possibility is fungal infections or insect infestation, such as from mites or aphids. Some viruses can cause yellowing, too.

It depends of the conditions in which it lives. Usually it is a nitrogen deficiency, but it can also be a phosphorus deficiency or an advanced overwatering.

Poor rose bush! It is under stress, probably due to heat. Make sure it has enough water in the meantime and hope it gets cooler!
