It's quite possible your kitten is allergic to the formula. Stop giving it to your kitten and get the freshest goat milk you possibly can - it is better for the kitten anyway as it contains natural antibodies. Make sure you are not choking the kitten with the method you use and be sure to stroke it's belly.

Stop giving him formula. Call the vet and have him checked out. He might start him on something like soft food. He might be having a allergic reaction to the products in the formula.

You need to get to a vet ASAP- either she can't handle the formula, or she can't swallow it at all and is choking- either way, she will die soon.

There could possibly be something in the formula that it is allergic to. Also it could be that the kitten is reacting that way from eating in general. Either way seizures are not normal so this is something that a vet needs to be notified about because they know more about it.
