There are a number of things that could be wrong with it. From the infromation given, I think the sparkplugs or ignition coils need to be refreshed. If that doesn't work, clean your carburators and refresh your gasoline. If that still doesn't fix the problem, it means that there is a more difficult electrical problem.

It might be time for a tuneup. An authorized Honda dealer should help resolve the issue. Your carburetors need cleaning.
