Why do teenage boys break up with their girlfriends?

They are uncertain of what they want, or change their minds. They get their feelings hurt or get angry, they think their girl has done them wrong, or they think they can find a better girl. Sometimes, they want more money and time to spend on other things, like cars. Finally, they get tired of the drama.

Most teenage boys are extremely immature. They look at girls as sex objects for the most part and when they get bored they simply move on to the next girl. It is very rare that teenage boys even consider being with their current girlfriends for a long time. This applies not to all, but most teenage boys.

I think us teenage boys usually get caught up in the moment and get fast-tracked by what others say about your relationship. I'm not gonna lie...''I've been in situations this way. But with the love and trust you have for one another your relationship will survive underwater.'' That's my motto.

The main reason is, usually, because they're not ready for a long term relationship. They don't feel they can commit in the way that they might be being asked to, and fear that their relationship will hold either themselves or their girlfriends back in life. This is more about timing than it is a reflection of the relationship.

My teenage son just split up with his girlfriend. Why? because his friends (both male and female) kept sending him texts and facebook details that suggested his girlfriend flirting with other guys. he still loves her, she still loves him. My advice.....butt out and dont interfere with your friends relationships!

Teenaged boys break up with their girlfriends for a lot of different reasons. They are impulsive in general, and often do not think things through. Also, they might think that they can get something better. Teenagers, and especially boys, are still learning how to be in a relationship, so they often get scared and end relationships if it gets serious.
