A dog bites for fear, play, affection, warning, mistaking you for food, etc. Watch them, you can figure it out. Say; No! consistantly, don't reward them when they bite.

Dogs bite for any number reasons, all of which make perfect sense to the dog. That notwithstanding, your dog must be trained to stop biting. A web search on the string "training dogs not to bite" (with or without the quotes) or a visit to your local public library can get you started on the right track.

Your pug is biting you to get your attention, and because he can get away with it. Gently pinch the dog back, around the ears, top of the neck.
