There could be a lot of explanations. You could have poor circulation or you could be working out too hard. If you're on your feet a lot, that could also be why.

One of the reasons that your feet may hurt in the morning is that you might have blood clots causing them to hurt or you may be suffering from bad blood circulation or you could have arthoritis.

They probably hurt because the blood has not circulated to your feet properly and that is why they are hurting. You should massage your feet in the mornings and also eat properly. Drink more water and that will help you as well. And that should stop your pain in no time.

Feet hurt for a multitude of reasons. If you are on your feet all day while working, the propping up of feet at night may not be enough to resolve foot pain; relief may be provided until you get out of bed and are back on your feet again. Edema, poor circulation will also cause foot pain.

There is too much urine stored in your body. Once you have urinated, you should feel your feet not hurting that much. However, the pain may be greater during cold seasons. This is because your body tends to urinate more during cold seasons than hot ones.
