Why do my breast ache?

It depends. Your breast could ache because you are close to menstration time or due to pregnancy, also you could have pulled or strained a muscle in your chest.

Ladies are prone to get breast ache for different reasons. There is a chance of breast ache due to mother feeding in case of mothers. Another reason may be due to sexual life which may disturb your breasts. The last and uncommon reason is cancerous tissue affecting breasts. Heart problems also may lead to ache in left breast.

It can be from hormonal changes before your menstrual cycle, pregnancy, infection, over worked muscles, or cancer. Do self-breast exams monthly and contact for physician if it persist.

Can be caused by your cycle, the time leading to your period. It could be due to pregnancy. If these are unlikely, visit a doctor to rule out anything serious.
