It is important that when you eat, you are consuming a healthy balance of foods. I have recently become vegan, and have been experiencing the same thing, to combat this I have to work hard to ensure that along with the veggies I am taking in enough protein and fat.

First, you should always drink a glass of water before you eat. This helps your stomach to feel full without you over-eating. Also, it is better to eat slowly. This gives the food more time to settle and you will start to feel full. Generally, you should start to feel full about 15-30 minutes after eating.

Because, it is evident that you are eating food in the correct proportion. Further, it also seems that you are taking a balanced nutritious diet also which is very good for your health. Food should be taken only in the required quantity and not in excess.

It's possible you're not eating enough. You can also try to eat slower because you will know when you're full earlier.
