Why do I have should pain and my arm tingles?

As we are some times not accustomed to heavy work or carry heavy loads we have pains and our arms tingles. Also when we first start exercises we may have pain and tingling in the arms. Gradually this pain and tingling goes away when we get accustomed to the work or the exercises. This usually goes away within a week.

Tingling of the arm usually means irregular neural activity. Whatever is causing your shoulder pain is most likely restricting blood flow to the lower areas of your arm.

The tingling in the arm and pain is due to the reason that the blood count are below normal. It is actually weakness. Go in for the nutritious diet as regards intake. The second would be the treatment by way of massage of the arm with little hot mustard oil and then covering the same with some woollen cloth.

You should go see your doctor it could be something very serious. Don't let it go untreated, make an appointment with your doctor.
