the pimple formation can be due to sebum. usually sebum produced by the sebum gland maintain bour body smooth. but sometimes the very minute and narrow vessels may block the easy flow of sebum and finally leads to pimple formation.

Very common in woman especially breast feeding mothers. these are classified as milk blister which appear on the nipples. very common reason for these milk blisters could be from improper sucking from when baby nurses on it's mother. another reason could be Glands of Montgomery which is very common and keeps the nipple lubricated and protected.

I think that is normal, I think it is just hormones causing it. The pimples will probably keep coming back, because of the hormones. Hope this helps answer your question.

I have had small pimples on my nipples as long as I can remember. I have had a few doctors look at them and they were not concerned. I have had hormone issues for 20 years and they believe it's from that. I hate them but what can I do?  add a comment
