It may be because of lack of blood circulation, do some exercise, yoga is also very helpful. Please check whether it is caused by some vitamin deficiency. Take some clinical help also, by consulting a doctor.

There could be several reasons for this. One is that as we age, breakdown of red blood cells cause a deposit of something called hemosiderin in the legs. Sometimes, malignant melanoma starts in the feet and legs with these same type of spots. You need your physician to look at these for an accurate diagnosis.

This could be a result of blood clotting or perhaps reactions to the weather and climate. Have your doctor take a look.

It sounds like you and I might have the same thing. Some times I feel like a bruised cantaloupe. It helps me to take a lot of vitamin C. Mine shows up more when I take hot baths. But I don't know why either. I have asked doctors and no luck. I hope you find out some day.

I guess this is a severe case and they are some kind of sympotoms, most probably, there is something wrong with your blood or liver, anyway you should be very careful and go to the clinic at once.

It could be Vasculitis, have your PCP examine it and refer you to a Vascular Dr. or Dermatologist...Good Luck! :)
