Scar tissue is imperfectly formed skin. In it's formation, it often causes adhesions, or bits of tissue that adhere to surrounding tissues. Consequently, when you move, the adhesion pulls on the surrounding tissue, causing pain. It will fade in time.

That depends on how long ago your surgery was. If it hasn't been very long, the tissue behind the scars could not be healed yet. If its been a bit longer, there might be some stretching or nerve damage.

There may be some residual pain directly after surgery, this is to be expected. If it has been more than three of four weeks, this could be a sign of infection. If it has been long enough for scars to heal, it could be a muscle or a new infection.

It could be phantom pains since you know where the surgery was performed. You might be dealing with something even more serious like an infection or a complecation. Address your concerns with your doctor to rule out any dangerous possibilities. Also try to lotion your scar it may be causing the discomfort.
