There can be many reasons! First, look at your diet. Are you getting a wide variety of fruits, veggies, and lots of fiber? Getting all of your vitamins? Make sure you're getting quality sleep and regular exercise. Last, make sure you're not depressed or something is physically wrong (thyroid, etc) - see your doctor if none of the above works.

There's a few causes such as needing more nutrition, for that you could just take a multi-vitamin. You might also have depression which can seriously sap any energy and can cause extended sleep periods ranging from 10-18 hours a day. Then you might also be pushing yourself to hard and just need a break.

Lifestyle, body type, diet, and exercise can all affect energy levels. People who tend to exercise consistently, eat healthy, and have a steady sleep schedule often report having higher levels of energy than those who don't. If you do all of these things and still feel tired you may want consult with a physician.
