Maybe you exzma ( how ever you spell it ), go to your GP and he may be able to prescribe a cream powerful enough to help. Try Elicina. It is imported from Chile, but seems to help a variety of skin conditions

Eczema or dermatitis can cause isolated patches of dry skin on the body. This can usually be remedied with a zinc based lotion, or the application of a tea tree oil based lotion.

Consult your Doctor. It could be dermatitis or eczema. You should try lotion and see if it helps. Have you changed anything like soap or detergent that could be contributing to the dry skin. The skin on your stomach can be a little more sensative it is not as exposed.

It sounds like it might be exzema. There are many great creams that help, including one made by Eucerin, which is available over the counter. You also might want to try a lotion with lactic acid to help exfoliate the area, try AmLactin, also available over the counter. But, never discount the advice of a good dermatologist or general doctor!
