Burning upon urination is a sign that something is wrong. It might be due to a bladder infection, a yeast infection, or an STD, among other things. Because of the range of possible problems, it is wise to see your doctor as soon as possible.

Burning when you urinate could be a sign of a sexually transmitted disease or a bladder/kidney infection. Keep the area clean and dry and see your personal physician for further testing.
