Why do I have a fluttering sensation inside my ear?

It's fluid in your ears. It has happened to me a thousand times and I hate it. Try a nasal spray that will help the fluid drain.

It sounds like Eustachian tube dysfunction. This tube runs from the middle ear space down to the back of the throat. To keep the air pressure the same on both sides of the ears, the tube has to open and close. This tube can get stuck shut. Contact your physcian.

this is probably caused by water inside your ear. if your tilt your head towards the floor the water will leak out and that sensation will cease
