While some people feel energized after exercise, others feel tired (you're expending a lot of energy in exercising, after all). If you feel tired and sluggish for extended periods of time, though, it doesn't hurt to see your doctor.

Your calories are your energy working out burns calories. Without them its harder to stay awake and do things. Just eat and you will regain strength and energy to do what ever.

It's possible you don't have enough protein or nutrients in your system, or you just might be dehyrdated. If you are really concerned though, there isn't any harm in going to your doctor.
