Are you keeping dehydrated. Many runners don't drink water before they start, because they think they will need to use the bathroom. I would check with my doctor and tell him what has been going on.

Headaches during a run may be a result of poor diet, dehydration, lack of sleep or stress. Be sure to fuel up during or before long runs and always make sure that you are drinking the proper amount of water in relation to your body mass and activity level.

When people get headaches while they are running it is usually due to oxygen debt. You should try running slower so that your lungs have more time to get oxygen throughout your body.

Headaches that occur during running or other strenuous activities are often harmless, however occasionally they can be due to an underlying medical condition. If the symptoms persist longer than a few weeks you should consult your family doctor.

You get headaches usually because you haven't made any sport lately and your body solicitation is too high. Run more often and you will increase your blood circulation quality.
