For women who are sexually active, being nauseous and dizzy may mean that they are likely pregnant. For middle-aged people, having these symptoms may mean they might have high blood pressure or hypertension. For people who are traveling on a boat, these symptoms may mean motion sickness.

Well, you could be feeling nauseous and dizzy because of a number of different reasons. My first thought could be low blood sugar. You may need to eat something or drink juice. It is also possible you could have a virus, like a stomahch bug.

There are many things that can lead you to feel nauseous and dizzy. Have you had any change in your sleeping or eating habits lately? Could you be pregnant? Your best bet is to consult your doctor if you continue to experience the symptoms so you can get to the bottom of the problem together.

You might have an ear infection. Often, that type of infection can cause dizziness, which can - in turn - cause nausea.
