the problem for the theft light is most likely because there is a glitch in your computer in your car go have it checked out

Well that lead me to think that you have a failed component in your factory theft system that cause a constant shut down signal. That means you will need to replace what ever is the issue. I would consult a Ford dealer or look online on how to exactly diagnose the defective component.
