Maybe there is a problem with your default graphics program. You should check the extensions like. png or. jpg for the problem. A solution is to install Paint. net, a pretty good and easy program to edit and view photos, pictures and graphics. Google "Paint. net" to download it. Other good programs: InfanView

If your opening files, and you don't see anything - your picture viewer might be broken. In Windows Vista or Windows 7, you can go to 'Default Programs' in Control Panel to reset the Photo Viewer/Photo Gallery. In Windows XP, just search help for "Picture and Fax Viewer".

There are several reasons. First, there could be a broken link, where the computer is looking for the image in one location, even though you (or someone else) has moved it to another. Second, you might be attempting to open a type of image that can't be opened in the program you are using.

Either because they aren't really there, or there is no preset program loaded. Open the program you want to open the pictures with, then open the pictures through that program. There should also be an option to set that program as the default for that file type, consult the help file.

You may not have your graphics card working. you would need to check to see if your graphics card is up to date.
