Hot flashes are common during pregnancy and menopause. If you are a man or are not going through any of these symptoms it could be related to something else. Perhaps the temperature in your house is a bit too high for your standards or you are wearing clothes that are too thick.

Hot feeling all the time might be due to high blood pressure levels, hormonal problems, problems with connective tissues, gastrointestinal problems or due to anxiety. Adrenal gland and even type 2 diabetes could also cause the problem. Consult your general physician or endocrinologist who could give you the correct solution.

Stress and high blood pressure could cause you to feel hot. Either of these conditions causes increased heart activity, driving blood around the body, hence increasing body temperature.
