It is a publicly traded company which means anyone who owns stock in the company, owns the company. You can use coupons at different borders stores as long as the store accepts them. Most stores these days in general accept competitor coupons as well. Let's hope Borders gets back on it's feet!

Yes, you can use coupons for Borders in all Borders locations. Unless it says specifically on the coupon that it needs to be used a specific location, it's fine.
