GM usually makes all of the factory installed alarms. All it utilizes is the oper door signal and sounds the horn. No need for an aftermarket device.

General Motors does, or one of their subsidiaries like AC Delco. Their alarms are usually attended to by GM's OnStar service.

GM actually makes their own alarm system on thier cars. They save a lot of money doing it this way. Also they use an onstar system for security also and they areboth features on Chevy vehicles.
