Unfortunately, there are not many neon phones available to you. LG has an excellent messaging phone that they have deemed the LG neon that comes in either blue, or neon green, but this phone does not glow. You can also purchase a novelty glowing neon phone online from various retailers.

Well your lucky because LG has made some neon phones and you might be able to find them from major retailers. other than LG the Chinese companies have come up with these neon phones but i am not sure about their durability, quality and availability so i guess you should go for the LG one.

LG currently makes a phone called the Neon. I assume this is what you are talking about, and not a neon-colored phone. Get a case if you're talking about color.
