Nobody has placed Charles Schultz for writing the Peanuts comic strip. Peanuts is still part of many comic sections because United Feature Syndicate is continuing the Peanut series with reprints of the orignial series.

All the Peanuts comics were written by Charles M. Schulz. The last original Peanuts strip was published on February 13th, 2000, which was the day after Schulz died. Due to their popularity, the Peanuts comic strips continue to be republished, but there are no new ones being written, just Schulz originals being reprinted.

There have been no new Peanuts strips written since Charles Schulz died in February of 2000. The exploits of Charlie Brown and the gang ran for fifty years, totaling more than 17,000 strips. Any Peanuts comics you see now were written by Schulz himself.
