The all-time home run leader is Barry Bonds with 762 home runs. Bonds played 22 seasons for the Pittsburgh Pirates and the San Francisco Giants. Many consider Bonds' record tainted due to his alleged steroid use. The second place leader is Hank Aaron who hit 755 followed by Babe Ruth with 714.
